As Founder and CEO of Agile Property Management, Tom brings more than 11 years of residential real estate and property management experience. His hands-on, owner-focused approach encompasses leasing, tenant relations, maintenance, regulatory compliance, financial oversight, and long-term asset performance. Drawing on his knowledge of the local market, experience as a real estate investor, and background in technology and operations management, Tom approaches challenges with care and practical problem-solving. He manages every property with integrity, applies insight to make informed decisions, and continually pursues improvement in service, efficiency, and property performance.

Tom Randazzo Sr.

As Senior Advisor for Commercial Property Management, Tom Randazzo Sr. brings more than 30 years of commercial and corporate real estate experience. His career includes managing office and R&D properties, overseeing a 70-location portfolio totaling more than 900,000 square feet, and directing operations for a six-building office complex. His expertise encompasses leasing, tenant relations, facility operations, construction, budgeting, risk management, and property transactions. Known for sound judgment and skilled negotiation, Tom helps Agile deliver disciplined oversight, control operating costs, protect property value, and support the long-term performance of commercial real estate.

Erin Swanson

As Leasing and Marketing Advisor, Erin brings more than 15 years of real estate experience and a proven record of leasing residential properties throughout the Bay Area. Her expertise includes property marketing, rent analysis, applicant screening, contract negotiations, renewals, and renovation planning. Known for her persistence and personalized service, Erin skillfully guides both routine and complex transactions from initial outreach through lease execution.
